Cefn Eithin provides a luxury self catering holiday cottage near Snowdonia National Park and Caernarfon in North Wales. Our farm holiday accommodation is centrally located within a 15 minute drive of Snowdonia National Park, the Lleyn Peninsular and the Isle of Anglesey. We take full week bookings throughout the year during low, mid and high season but do offer short breaks, weekend breaks and mid-week breaks during low season (October March). Our self catering luxury holiday farm cottage, Eithin Bachis brand new and has two bedrooms (sleeps 4 + cot). Our holiday property near Caernarfon in Snowdonia , North Wales is graded 4 Star by the Welsh Tourist Board, Visit Wales, and is part of a converted barn adjoining the main residence and former farmhouse of Cefn Eithin.
Our holiday accommodation at Cefn Eithin is centrally located for tourists and outdoor enthusiasts. Cefn Eithin is in an ideal location for walkers, hikers, ramblers and cyclists with a variety of lakeside, mountain and forest walks on the doorstep and an excellent cycle path, Lôn Eifion, within half a mile walking distance of the property. Close to the heart of Snowdon and Llanberis, the fantastic amenities within the Snowdonia National Park and a variety of beautiful sandy beaches our cottage holiday is also the ideal location for exploring the local countryside, for novice and experienced climbers, beach lovers, golf and watersports enthusiaists. There area variety of wonderful golf courses locally in Caernarfon, Nefyn and Abersoch and The National Watersports Centre at Plas Menai is also very close by. There are many small towns and villages all within a short distance which are ideal for shopping and browsing. Enjoy Caernarfon with its grand castle and walled town with small shops within, the market town of Pwllheli, the wonderful harbour town of Porthmadog, the scenic and picturesque villages of Beddgelert and Cricieth, the wonderful selection of walking and climbing shops at Betws y Coed, and the fantastic sailing shops at the harbour village of Abersoch. There are a huge variety of holiday attractions and leisure pursuits all within a short distance of our accommodation. Experience a steam train trip on one of the many narrow gauge railways such as the Ffestiniog Welsh Highland Railway or the Snowdon Mountain Railway at Llanberis, the wonderful Portmeirion Italianette Village, the Llechwedd Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog, Caernarfon, Conwy, Harlech and Cricieth Castles or relax on the numerous beautiful sandy beaches of the North West Wales Coast.
