All natural pizza baked in a primitive wood-fired earthen oven. Every Friday and Saturday evening we convert our production bakery space into a restaurant and invite our neighbors and the community to gather around our stone hearth and enjoy freshly prepared Flatbreads.
Tucked away under old oak and pine, the tasting room offers informal country elegance. Surrounded by rolling hills and hay fields, it is located in a refurbished farm house with wooden floors and soap stone slabs over barrels for tastings.
